Studios Sampa - Parque Augusta

Good apartment

The hosts were not very helpful. We were told it was possible to request more towels, but on the two days we made this request, we were told they weren't available. Worse than that, we reported an issue with the toilet (it wasn't flushing properly). The hosts said they would do something about it but nothing was done by the time we checked-out (a day after reporting the issue)

Na entrada do hotel, fomos intimidados por um taxista que afirmou que quebraria o vidro do nosso carro caso estacionássemos ali. Diante da ameaça e da ausência de segurança no local, cancelamos a estadia, pois não havia condições seguras de realizar o check-in.

Great place close to parque Augusta

The fact that one or two neighbors practice handycraft very loudly throughout the day unfortunately devalues the beautiful studio in a great location quite a bit.

The studio is modern, nicely furnished and has an impressive view. I forgot my teddy bear at the accommodation. The host did a great job in keeping him safe to be available to be picked up.

An absolutely amazing space. Very quiet. A gym, rooftop pool with amazing views of Sampa, and special things I didn’t expect, like an Alexa and a fully-equipped kitchen!

The check in was difficult. I followed directions, and arrived after the 3pm check-time. The hosts did not answer WhatsApp calls or respond to WhatsApp messages. A half hour after waiting outside, I received an email with check-in instructions. They assume you will have data too, which not all people have when traveling internationally. If you like all things tech, this is a good place for you. I didn’t like having to open my browser every time to scan a QR code to enter and exit the building, rooftop, and gym. Also, I paid for a late check out (8pm) and followed all directions. I nearly missed my uber to the airport because the QR code to access the building had expired already by 6:45pm, despite having paid the extra money to stay until 8pm. This was frustrating and stressful, and unfair.

the place is a digital jailhouse. so called included facilities such a as pools or rooftop terrace are not accessible cause the apps never work and all doors remain locked. You have to be lucky someone else is willing to open. Guards speak zero english. NO LUGGAGE STORAGE for early arrivals before 1500. When asked for it I was warned " not to break any rules" . Make sure you have all apps installed and working with a Brasil sim-card before arrival or else you'll have a digital nightmare. Do not arrive before 15.00, you will NOT get in no matter how exhausted you are. Host doesnt care a bit.
