Studios Sampa - Parque Augusta

Fantastic location, comfy room with clean towels, pans and pots for cooking, amazing view over the city! The amenities were great as well, nice swimming pool and terrace with nice views. I felt very safe around that neighborhood although it’s very central, the Praça Roosevelt had a police station! Many nice restaurants and cafes around. I will definitely stay again!

All was good, it was tricky to use the door website but once you get used to it, it becomes easy. Note that you need to have internet to be able to access the building. Also, it was advertised that we could use the laundry room but it’s for tenants only, not guests. Not a major problem but it’s nice to know that as there as laundry shop around the area.

Lovely room, amazing location. The room was nice and clean and really good views.

QR codes & ID for entry made things more complicated and it was harder to use the facilities in the building.

super loud, bring your earplugs, basically cheap glass is the wall between one of the main streets and the bed where you are sleeping

Equipment of kitchen TV, gym, public area 27th floor.

This is ONLY for people with e-Sim or international roaming plan and preferably Portuguese speaking. I am serious. Otherwise you will be unhappy. Make sure to book double occupancy even as a single to have a guest.
