Studios Sampa - Parque Augusta

The location and apartment is great. All the cooking facilities needed (except an empty bottle of cooking oil).

The access scanning app never worked (except once) over 6 day stay. Everytime I entered or exited I had to show my ID to security and they would spend 5 minutes looking me up until letting me through. The security people said it's a problem for a lot of people. I tried to resolve with the apartment managers but they could do nothing. It was annoying that the manager kept saying the issue was with my phone which contradicted the security team saying the problem is consistent with guests. Late at night this was concerning standing out the front waiting. It was consistentantly frustrating. Second to this, the wifi channel was not the same as on the booking details and I never received a password despite asking several times for it. I was only given a qr code from the managent to access via my phone... But could not use for my laptop. So I had to spend money on my mobile account paired to my laptop to use for work. I stopped asking for help after the second day because the managers did not seem to have a way to resolve. They never tried to help further.

Location, cleanless of the apartament and the whole building, comfortable bed

Access to the building is secure but it is too complicated-internet and mobile phone with scanner is required

Nicely decorated and modern studios. Good security measures. Convenient location.

Apartment gets cold at night and no chance to heat it up. Especially chilly near the windows. Security did not allow us to park the vehicle on the first night even though it was registered in advance.

Beautiful studio with an amazing view. I felt safe as they follow good security procedures.

Studios Sampa denied to give me an invoice, even as i asked several times. It was a buisness trip, so i needed an invoice. The receip which i can download from booking.com is for nothing. Its not an invoice.

Perfect location, a beautiful cozy apartment.
