me he alojado aca anteriormente, me gusta la ubicación y el trato del anfitrión, es muy amable y el depto tiene todo para estar confortable.

El departamento estaba lleno de sofá cama.Por ejemplo el closet no se podía usar porque estaba lleno de ropa de cama y almohadas y sofá, en medio de la sala de estar estaba una cama de una plaza. Es un departamento que sería genial si sacaran todo eso y solo dejaran la cama de dos plazas en la habitación y el sillón del living sacando todo lo demás.

The front desk were helpful, professional and very accommodating. The owners of the room made me feel as if I was in my home. In reciprocation I took good care of the room and the owner's property. When I left I cleaned the room and tried to make it as I left it. Be a good ambassador of your home country and give the Brazilian people more respect than they give you. This will be a challenge, because they are the most respectful and accommodating people in the world! Thank you!

The location and the pool

The room is not for four people. It's too small. The other two beds were not beds but 2 mattress one on top of the other and on the floor, and the bottom mattress was smaller so the one on top would rock, making it unstable and dangerous. Also there was a table on top of one of the beds making it unusable. The room is just for two adults, and not a family with two kids . Also the towels were not changed when they were wt on the floor and they were put back on top of the bed to dry. Apparently, we have to inform before 2pm that we want to change towels. Overall it was not an aceptable service.

Localização

Atendimento da anfitriã. - Péssimo! não enviou documentação para o hotel, deixou meus sobrinhos pequenos dormindo na recepção do hotel, até que "localizou" o email enviado. Amadorismo total! Quarto sujo, totalmente nojento de dormir e tomar banho. As instalações precisam de um reparo urgente. o sofá da nojo de sentar. As cortinas fazem anos que não são lavadas, tem manchas de sujeira. Um horror.

a localização do hotel é boa, uma pena que esteja tão mau administrado. Deveriam fazer uma vistoria e exigir reforma. Vocês usam uma foto para mostrar uma coisa que não é!

O quarto precisa de uma reforma urgente. É deplorável um apartamento que você aluga e sente nojo se sentar no sofá, de encostar nas coisas. O vaso sanitário não funciona, precisa abrir a tampa e puxar manual para dar a descarga. Está tudo em péssimas condições. Lavem as cortinas, por favor!

Ambiente agradável, a senhora Márcia é muito gentil. O hotel possui um ótimo restaurante .
