Cozy Guest Suite in Quiet Home with Private Entry

The home itself is beautiful. The property is very safe. The neighborhood is very walkable, great restaurants, bars, parks and gardens. Transportation was excellent using Lyft- very reasonably priced. The host, Matthew was very accommodating. He let us drop off our luggage early and let us leave it after check out.

The only thing missing is a tv but we were so tired at the end of the day, we didn’t miss it.

It was very clean and well equipped. It was in a great location, very close to bus stops and the area felt safe. Kitchen area was useful to do our own cooking. Hosts were very friendly and had great communication throughout the whole process.

The apartment was spotless and well equipped. We liked that it was in a pretty quiet leafy suburb. We found it very easy to get anywhere we wished by public transport. Bus stops were less than 5 minutes away. Ubers were also pretty inexpensive as an alternative.

It's was in a lovely residential area that was an easy walk to great food on main street or the bus stop into down town. The hosts were great with comms and they had a lot of helpful information in their book. It was close to the airport too which was great if you have hired a car like we did and there was free on street parking right outside.

Overall there were no bad elements but a couple of areas that would make the stay a bit nicer would be a bit more light as it is a basement area the room was a little dark. Also the bedding could be a little better (but definitely wasn't bad)
