Cozy Guest Suite in Quiet Home with Private Entry

Matthew is a nice guy and very helpful. The suite is very cozy and well located. It has good access to supermarkets and bus stations (about 7 minutes walking). The neighborhood is very safe and staying there is quite enjoyable. The kitchenware, bathroom, and toilet were clean. Since the suite was in the basement and lacked enough natural light, the lower price was reasonable. Or it could have been even slightly lower. If I travel to Vancouver again, I will choose this suite for my stay.

The bed sheets and pillowcases could have been much cleaner. We bought a new set and used it.

I had a wonderful time staying at Matthew's apartment. The host was incredibly welcoming the place was spotless and the neighborhood was peaceful and calm. Highly recommend!

Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Quiet location, but also a suitable distance from the city centre. Host was great at communicating and answering any questions. Allowed us to use the laundry facilities. Book of recommendations was very helpful. Felt safe in our suite and it was a good value for money.

Didn’t have a toaster

The place was really nice and clean. Easy check in and out. Very good comunication. I highly recommend.

The apartment was wonderful with a comfortable bed and a kitchen which was perfect for cooking. The location is safe and secure and walking distance to the bus line to Waterford station (downtown) near the cruise port terminal.

Friendly, accessible and informative owner. Accommodation quite acceptable for a short-term stay.

The external aircon unit is close to a bedroom window and its noise is quite intrusive

This is a lovely tastefully decorated basement flat in a great location if you want to be near downtown, but not in it. Choice of buses nearby to take you downtown, and King Edward Skytrain station is walkable in 25-ish minutes. Very peaceful Fraser eighbourhood. Convenience stores and some restaurants nearby. More a little further on Main St, all walkable. Hosts were great, happy to help and advise, and gave us total privacy. We loved it.

Nothing to say, we loved it!

Very convenient location. The room is fair size and although no air con, it is a basement unit with windows, not too warm in the summer. It has everything we need for our stay. Lots of hangers and utensils for the kitchen. Microwave and fair size fridge.. Wifi is good. Bedside wall plug ins to charge our phones. Would be better if there is a small shelf to leave our phones charged overnight.

The towels are a bit worn but there are extra towels available. No coffee maker, we have to drive out to get a morning coffee. No washer and dryer. I hand washed small items. There is an adjacent unit so we try to keep quiet. Not recommended for more than 2 people. Double bed not queen size.
