Marina Mar - Near the beach - Vilamoura

Communications very easy & met personally at the property. Location excellent & the Petunia cafe bar & Spar supermarket are excellent. Apartment was really comfortable with all the equipment & facilities you could require.

Only one set of keys between two people, no safe luggage storage for early arrival or late departure. Would be better served with key code access to both the complex & apartment.

A casa precisa de alguns melhoramentos. Pormenores que em nada atrapalharam, mas precisa.

Localização, varanda e Piscina.

O apartamento estava bastante sujo e cheio de tralha/entulho nos móveis e armários. e coisas velhas e estragadas, tudo e mais alguma coisa. Papel de parede a descolar. Sofás, almofadas dos sofás, colchas e cortinados com mau aspeto e sujos. Faltou o lençol de cima, só tinha o debaixo. A banheira do WC estava também suja. Havia alturas que o apartamento tinha um cheiro estranho da canalização. Portas e janelas fecham mal. Não tinha escorredor da loiça. Falta de reposição de papel higiénico. Não trocaram todas as toalhas. Gostava de repetir, mas precisa de algumas melhorias.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and very spacious. we had everything we needed and the terrace was very large with good views. good shower and bath with plenty of hot water.

We were a party of two families and only had one key to the entrance and the apartment, which caused us issues for us. when i asked for another key we were told we would be given one on the Monday, but sadly never received one. we had to ask for clean towels on the Wednesday and we never received anymore toilet rolls (bought our own) The most disappointing thing was the building work noice all day every day from 8am to 5pm which also prevented us from using the swimming pool, there was also an underground health club, sauna & gym etc which was kept locked, when I asked the representative who delivered the towels she didn't even know about it ? not happy 🤨
