The location is excellent, very near the beach. There are lots of activities nearby. The property is very well maintained.

The bed mattress is hard, better if it has a mattress topper for additional comfort. Also my personal towel was washed by the cleaners and was not returned before we left the property.

"Excellent value - fab location"

Fabulous location - so close to port. Very spacious, immaculately clean and well equipped kitchen. Great balcony. Very good value for money

We used it as a base as the location was so good. Only spent the odd hour by the pool, but probably wouldn’t want to spend the day there.

Super location. Close to everything

Small issue, but the hob is quite old and took so long to heat up, but also the markings are gone so you can’t tell which one you’re using.

"The pros far outweigh the cons in this apartment. Very Comfortable."

Very nice apartment. Strange smell at times! Lovely balcony but didn't get sun until afternoon. Nice young man brought our keys ( we had to wait some time - but our flights had been delayed). He very kindly carried our luggage upstairs. There was no lift - although we had been assured there was, Lift did not go to the floor where No.9 - 19 are. We had to ask a workman to carry our luggage downstairs when leaving. Location is one of the best in Vilamoura.

We had to telephone to arrange cleaning although we had been assured that cleaners would be there on a certain day. Lack of lift was a problem for us as we had been told there was a lift and we have slight mobility issues.

Excellent location just off the Marina close to the beach, shops and restaurants

The apartment was cold at night but electric heaters were provided. Construction work being done on the building so it is noisy during the day

The noise from the work being done outside building which must have been known about was absolutely ridiculous I know we were given one day refund but when I phoned to complain about it on the Thursday morning nobody got back to me until the Friday afternoon when I also told them I couldn’t get the heating to work it was absolutely freezing and nobody got back to me about that at all
