Great to have a whole studio apartment in the city centre

Not many pots to cook with - if you did want to cook

The apartment was cheap and I was just happy to stay here for nostalgic reasons and the view.

It's was very basic, but the point was that it's cheap and has a view.

Location superb. The views were amazing. Nice kitchen area.comfy bed.

We felt that the apartment hadn’t been cleaned very well.drink spills on table,not hoovered. The curtains were all ripped. Marks over the walls. Who puts a tv on the wall and then hangs a chandelier type light in front of it!

The bed was very comfortable and the location was very centric! I had an issue and the staff responded very quickly.

It wasn’t very clean, and it looked as if the property wasn’t looked after very much, the curtains had stains, the fan that was left was full of dust and dirt. The walls were dirty, and it definitely would do with some painting. The “complimentary toiletries” are just three bottles that are refilled, I had to go and buy my own toiletries. The bed had a mattress protector that could be washed after every stay (or at least a couple), as both the mattress and the protector had stains in it. The price was too high for how was the property kept, they haven’t invested in it in a very long time.

The location was fantastic, next to the Bull ring shopping centre, and New street rail way station only a five minute walk.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. The bed runner ( material ) going along the bottom of the bed was stained. With what I won't name in what. The bedding in general was clean and comfortable. There wasn't a bed side lamp that was advertised in the photo's. It would of been nice of had one. Some people like to read before going to sleep, I'm one of them!! The cushions on the bed we're also stained and could have done with a wash. The two seater settee in the dinning area my opinion and not everyones, was uncomfortable..and here we go again! Stains with marks. Also the dining room table chairs chairs we're also stained with marks. The main light in the dinning area had a few bulbs missing, but in general bright and did it's purpose. It would of been nice to have a choice of a table lamp, as the main light was very bright and intrusive. It's position wasn't great as it was in view of the television. The television could do with being on opposite wall where the settee is, just a thought. Both the curtains in the dinning area were ripped and stained. There was a single shelf in the dining area, that was very dangerous with sharp ends. The kitchen had no bowls for cereal in the morning. A few dinner plates and mugs. There were cutlery and a few cooking utensils. They were very few saucepans and no frying pan, they all looked old and could do with replacing. I didn't feel comfortable using them. The kitchen seemed clean. On leaving the property I took the black bin liner out of the bin, I noticed the bin was very dirty. The windows wouldn't open, I'm glad there was a fan as the apartment gets very warm, especially during the night time. And can make sleeping uncomfortable. The sliding doors We're also an issue. The bathroom had a very powerful shower, but would be unsuitable with someone with mobility issues. As it was difficult to get in and out of In general it was clean.
