Comfy Birmingham City Center Apartment at Inge Street By HF Group

It was clean and central. Hosts were very helpful.

The furniture is a bit big for the apartment so it’s a bit tight in the main living space. I could only sleep on one side of the sofa bed because the cushions on the other side had given way.

Nice clean property, comfy beds, and plenty of utensils, etc. Pretty quiet for the location.

It was HOT to the point that sleep was difficult. Fans were provided in the bedrooms, but the whole place could have used a good airing. Slightly inconvenient to have to go to a local shop to get/drop off keys when you have luggage.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the location was excellent.. a five minute walk to the theatre I was working in. For anyone working in theatre at the Birmingham Hippodrome or Alexandra Theatre, the property couldnt be more convenient. The flat was spotless on arrival and the shower was lovely.

I had difficulty convincing the staff to provide a second set of keys even though it was a 2 bed flat that I was sharing with a work colleague. I also had difficulty when I requested a bin with a lid on it for the kitchen (Initially I was told that "some bins have lids and others don't, which I found rather crazy as the kitchen would absolutely reek by the end of my stay if I had spent a week putting uneaten food waste in there). They eventually provided both after a bit of back and forth. The kitchen could do with a dust pan and brush, as well as some larger pots and pans for cooking, and a clothes horse for drying clothes on. The WiFi was also very poor. But if these things were sorted it would be a 10/10 flat and completely worth the price.

Everything. The host made our stay much easier. We were so nervous about everything and she was so helpful. She explained everything again and again.
