Modern Loft Grand Central

The location is great. It has a specious bedroom and living room area. The building has a lift. There are some family games which our son enjoyed. The double bed in the bedroom was comfortable. It's a great place for people who came to party in Birmingham. Not so great for a family with kid(s). However, it was the cheapest flat with good ratings for the weekend, with a great location.

We were a group of 3 adults and one child. But the bedding, towels, slippers, and coffee were prepared for only 2 people. The rest of the bedding and towels were available in the bed storage. But I had to put the covers on the duvet and pillows myself. Not something you want to do on a holiday. The bed was difficult to close (I was worried it breaks). The coffee machine didn't work, so actually, coffee wasn't available. Black tea was available. You can hear every noise from the street with windows closed. Light sleepers need ear plugs. The hot water is set to eco mode, so the hot water is only available at certain times, which you have to keep an eye on.

Nice and modern and very close to New Street. Good communication and very good value for money

Otřesný hluk, 4 noci bez spánku. Tento hotel inzeruje výtah, proto jsme ho zvolili. Výtah 6 patro - reálně 12 pater nejezdil. Na každodenní urgence nikdo nereagoval. Invalidní otec musel zůstat 5 dní uzavřen na pokoji a nemohl se účastnit promoce našeho syna což byl důvod návštěvy Birminghamu.

1.沒有冷氣，連電風扇都沒有，夏天去真的很熱！ 如果打開窗戶通風，蟲還會跑進來。 2.洗澡到設備蓮蓬頭有問題，沒辦法從手持蓮蓬頭出水，只能從上面出水。問了房東兩次他都避而不答，根本就是故意的，非常過分。 3.沒有提供洗衣機、廁所以外也沒有衛生紙，十分可惜。

Property was clean and comfortable with all the basics that you require. Only problem was the door lock kept not working making it hard to get into the property.

It was beautiful and well apportioned - spacious and well equipped - high up and comfortable - v central

Too noisy from about 3pm for the rest of the day (til well after midnight…) - there was no parking…

Great location. Spacious launch.

The bed was not comfortable. It felt old. There was no milk for a cup of tea. The window are single glazed and it was cold. I put up the underfloor heating and it made a bit of a difference but not that much. I had to use the heating fan in the bedroom. The bathroom was very cold in the morning and the water was hot-ish.
