Modern Loft Grand Central

The apartment is superb with an unique location (couldn’t stay in a better spot in Birmingham. The host Any is kind and she was in every detail. The apartment is beautiful, full of light and spacious and score a max in every aspect of the evaluation. If it is available don’t doubt, this is the place to stay in Birmingham. We’ll come back.

Nothing…everything (even the smallest detail) was took care of.

Great and uncomplicated communication with the host, easy check-in/-out process and a lovely apartment with great view and location. I was pleasently surprised by the size, noise and light situation of the apartment: way larger than I had expected, no disturbing noises though centrally located at a street with many (super cool) bars, and flooded with natural light. Would come back anytime! Thanks Annie :)

Matress could be slightly softer, other than this nothing to complain about :)

It's a cosy and spacious apartment situated in direct walking distance from two connecting stations. It may be high up, but there is a fuctional elevator, you don't know how many places I've been without functional elevators, even no elevators at all (how they furnish places like that.. beyond me!) There is a clean and spacious open plan lounge with and conventional amenities to make the place and your stay that little bit more pleasant! It's secure with codes generated just for your stay you don't have to worry about the risk of losing keys if you plan on a heavy night you're directly between 3 major hotspots, broad street, the gay quarter & digbeth, all close enough to walk!

My own personal trip didn't go entirely as planned. The property being a pleasant place to stay around that makes it difficult for me to find anything to point flaws at. But I will say this, the door for the property and the pictures of the property on booking are managed by booking and can sometimes be misleading. It took me longer than expect to find the big blue door, because the first business on the road is blue and is (was) featured in bookings images for the property. The door, Its actually half way down the hill, on the left. Or half way up on the right!

Great location for central Birmingham. Thought it might be noisy, but it wasn't. Great nights sleep. Comfy accomodation, shame I was only there overnight

Location was excellent and the flat was comfortable and spacious. Lots of places to eat nearby and Tesco express ery handy. The stay was let down by the cleaning company. The host was very responsive and apologetic, hopefully all the issues we had will have been addressed.

No plug in the kitchen sink and no tea towels or kitchen roll. Robes and slippers listed not supplied. Towels very small and thin. Toilet paper very poor. Bathroom needed through clean including bath plug which was disgusting. Coffee machine plugged in to an extension that didn’t work - nothing to explain that an extension cable to another socket was required, this was behind the TV. Great flat let down by outsourcing cleaning and supplies to a third party company.

the location was great, not far to walk to the bullring and grand central! Perfect spot if you like to go drinking as well!!

there is very little bad about the property, in fact the only issue is with the noise late at night!

Superb location for enjoying a few nights out in the surrounding area. Flat was spacious and modern with a lovely living area. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay as close to the city centre as possible.

Nothing we particularly disliked. The ceiling lights in the kitchen hung a little low for our big heads. Otherwise we loved it.
