Modern Loft Grand Central

Location was good, right in the heart of Birmingham bars and restaurants , minutes away from New Street Train Station.

Although location was good, and apartment on the sixth floor the noise level at night was high from street bars.

no table to eat no heating (only electric fans in each room) spare quilt in wardrobe was filthy dirty/used

Lovely apartment, location was very central especially for Christmas Markets. Would highly recommend & would would book again. Host was very responsive.

Very well presented apartment in the city centre close to New Street station. Apartment was spotlessly clean and exactly as shown in pictures. Host communicative and check was easy.

Flat is on the 6th floor and the lift was not working, not an issue for me but might be worth checking prior if this were to be an issue for you

Couldn't get TV satellite/cable box to work, there was no signal. Tried switching off and on as suggested in welcome email but no use. I was only there for 1 night, so wasn't really an issue, but I mention it FYI. Maybe a small carton of milk in fridge would good, but shop very close

Well equipped, modern and very clean apartment within an excellent location for the German Market and shopping. Lot's of restaurants within walking distance. Perfect for a short city break.

Noisy overnight due to it's excellent central location which does attract a vibrant nightlife. Apartment felt cold, heating controlled remotely. Electric fan heaters were available which we did use which rectified the problem.
