The layout was okay

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely uncomfortable due to the bed being in a dangerously poor condition. It creaked and shifted with every small movement, leaving my partner and me genuinely scared it might collapse. We were so concerned for our safety that we ended up sleeping on the floor. I have photographic evidence of the condition, and given the distress and lack of proper rest, I believe a partial refund would be appropriate. This experience did not reflect the standard expected or advertised.

shower room is very small with very little space for personal items, but this does not detract from it being a functioning shower room and there is no space to change this - just be aware, especially if more than one person staying

No Breakfast

Sme Fresh Milk in the Fridge or Long Life milk would Help if arrived late as there was neither Coffee or Tea.

Nicely decorated, ample space.

It was cold and I couldn't get the heating to work.

Excellent location and good value for money.

Perfectly located for the Utilita arena and with everything we needed. The parking space in front of the apartment was really convenient. The only very small gripes I would have are that the bed was creaky (though comfy) so whenever you move it makes a noise. It would have been nice to have some coffee, but there were tea bags.

The apartment is in a phenomenal location. I was able to phone and message if required and had responses practically instantly, and amazing host. I will almost certainly be using this apartment again!

Through no fault of the host, someone else had decided to park in the dedicated space for the apartment BUT I was able to use another space with no issue
