Good location and free parking space outside very convenient - 15-20 min walk to Colmore Row.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The washing machine was not working.

Location was great being able to park car outside gd

Not having an ironing board was ridiculous

Easy for self-check-in. Parking is located at the front door. The location is very convenient, with a supermarket, takeaways and restaurants located 2 minutes walk away, and a train/metro station 5 minutes away. The flat had everything we needed during our stay.

When we first arrived there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke, which we put down to possibly a previous guest, but we did smell it a few times during our stay so possibly due to a neighbouring flat. Once we opened The windows and aired it out it was a lot better. My main gripe is the flat could have been cleaner - the windows were quite streaky on the inside, around the top of the walls in the front room there were cobwebs, and in the bathroom, the walls were quite grubby where the white walls have been marked. Also, the bathroom door didn't quite fit properly so needed persuasion to close! The shower enclosure does leak around the bottom when in use so the floor gets a bit wet, and you can see it has leaked for some time given the water damage around the woodwork.

The location is very good.

The photos looked nice but once we arrived we found that the flat did not meet our expectations. There was a paper towel left in the sink from cleaning, the floors were sticky and stained from possible water damage, there was a spider in the bathroom. Attention to detail was lacking. All small things but all easily rectified for a more enjoyable stay. Several areas needed repair and a fresh coat of paint. The bathroom door wasn't closing properly. The area was very convenient but for £118 a night I expected the flat to be of a higher standard. I would not book here again.
