Location good. Owner has care in how place looks.

Not a dislike, but when I booked, if the owner could have told me they would give instructions on how to get in on checking day/time, I would not have been worried I was possibly getting scammed. Minor point.

Bathroom not clean Bed and sofa were uncomfortable

This was a handy location, about 20 minutes walk to central Birmingham including Symphony Hall, The Bull Ring etc. Free parking in a designated space on the street, right outside the front door. The shower was good.

There was a smell of stale cigarette smoke, even though the property is no smoking. It wasn’t completely clean - dust left where holes had been drilled in the wall, marks on the sofa, etc. The mattress wasn’t terribly comfortable and the pillows hard and HUGE - really uncomfortable. I improvised using pillow cases over cushions.

The location was excellent. Lovely little village which is 25 minutes walk from the bull ring. Free allocated parking space outside the accommodation. We had a slight problem with the TV which fell off the wall and the owners did their best to sort it out. Would definitely stay again if we visit Birmingham.

Very comfortable with tasteful modern decor and well kitted out. Parking outside the door was a bonus.

The neighbourhood was noisy in the morning with work outside which we didn't expect. Thankfully we weren't wanting to sleep in.

Small, but very clean. Very good location for the Jewellery Quarter.

A ‘sofa bed’ was advertised, but the sofa was just a sofa!!? There was also no bedding made available for this.
