The location, the space, the decor.

The pillows! My gosh. Please change the pillows. They were unworkable. I ended up putting the pillowcases on the lounge cushions as the bed pillows were absolute neck breakers. Also, quick note, you need to change the batteries in the TV remote.

The location was fine for the utilita arena and the town centre, it was about a 20 minute walk to each. Parking right outside the door. Hosts were responsive straight away with code for the door and any questions. Plenty of pubs and eateries close by. Ideal If you are shopping for Jewellery which we wasn't but never seen so many shops in the same location

I liked being very close to the event in Vittoria street

I didn’t realize how cold it could get so I turned on heating on too late.

The apartment was very clean and tidy and well maintained. It has everything you need for a break away.

Only thing is there are no curtains in the bedroom or blackout blind. This meant it got very bright in the bedroom once the sun was up.

A well positioned property and clean.

Boiler was broken ( a regular occurrence seemingly) 1st night it was so cold and the noisy boiler made it impossible to sleep ,unable to use the shower at night and in the morning until the engineer turned up at 11 , I did request twice to the owner for a partial refund for the Friday as I had to cancel meeting due to lack of sleep and unable to shower ,but just being ignored , which is a pity as I would have made regular bookings in the future due to the property's location, but unfortunately due to the lack of engagement in dialogue of the property's owner to myself or even offer a token discount I will be only to happy to give other property's in the area my hard earned cash.

It was a super home away from home, great quiet location, parking literally right outside the property and all facilities we needed to ring the new year in style.

I would say USB chargers would be a great addition. An extra large towel per adult.

Bathroom has nice shower but parts need updating and if I’m nit picking would be great to have basic tea, coffee, sugar in the cupboard

Good location, out the way but close enough to shops for essentials. Place heated up really well. Great communication from host.

Sofa was not the most comfortable, cushion seats kept sliding away. Living area small and compact so dont see the need for the huge dining table with extra seating, think its just taking up valuable space...would suggest moving the sofa to that area and replacing with a much needed coffee table instead. Still recommend this place and would book again!
