Great location, parking right outside. Quiet at night. Well equipped.

Would have preferred a bed side cabinet both sides of the bed. Definitely need a torch if collecting key in the dark

Noise from neighbours upstairs. Don’t let it put you off but be prepared for it if you need quiet

- location (close to the city centre) - private parking included

- the floor was dirty, so white socks became black - the cups were dirty as well, I guess they were washed but not enough though - the mattress is very old, used and uncomfortable. It has been written here in reviews by many guests, so I assume the host just does not care about it. Please, replace the mattress - the kettle has something of a blue color on the inside bottom. We decided not to use it for the safety purposes - The tv remote also works unstable from time to time. - also it was cold inside when we have arrived - no dishwasher Overall feeling about the flat is a bit used/old/dirty. However, the flat itself is okay, there are small design things, it has basic equipment, washing machine, kitchen.

The host was absolutely lovely. The place itself was just what we needed, in a perfect location, reasonably priced and comfortable.

My score is reflected heavily by the noise from the neighbours above. You can hear EVERYTHING to the point it’s actually like hearing a heard of elephants across the entire flat. We were woken up at 5am by a family with young children and adults who clearly wear concrete shoes. Definitely needs some sort of soundproofing/flooring/roof needing attention. We ended up leaving absolutely exhausted! Real shame because the place itself was everything we wanted!
