Tastefully furnished. Warm and cosy. Everything you need for eating in. The owner also granted us a late checkout after an action packed Valentines weekend. Much appreciated.

Really nice compact apartment with parking outside the door and easy to locate. The bathroom was well presented with great shower just no heating in there while it was cold but rest heated well. Only thing needed was a dish cloth for washing dishes. Other than that perfect for our stay to attend event and training at ICC thank you

Just the chill in the bathroom and no ironing board

Great location and with free parking just outside on the pavement of the flat. Good shower and a good, large space. Comfy bedding and a few treats which was a nice touch.

On entry, the flat was freezing cold, and it took a while to heat. There was heating we could turn on, however, it took a while to heat up. Also, no way to clean plates etc, as there was no cleaning brush or equivalent. Other than that, it was nice and we'd stay again.

Nice size, good location, nice size fridge/freezer and table/chairs.

The place is showing a lot of wear. We agree with previous comments, there is a smoke smell, fairly strong and constant and the shower tray does leak a lot. There is next to no storage for clothes, missing kitchen equipment and an excessive amount of ornaments / fake plants covering all the surfaces.

Perfect location, private car parking space for 1 car. Easy and quick check in. cost us around £8 to the utility arena in an uber, and it took us about 15 mins to walk back (on the flat) from the utility arena. About a 25 min walk into the main town by the Christmas markets and the Bull ring. Mostly on the flat. The appartment was clean and practical. Lovely shower and bathroom. Even though it's ground floor you couldn't really hear much from the above appartment. The mattress was comfortable.

The only very small suggestions we both mentioned was the bed frame didn't feel very sturdy. If the frame moved slightly the planks of wood keeping the middle up fell sideways so we were cautious getting in and out of bed. The shelf in the bedroom close to the door was very lose, one slight knock it could come off. If you are staying more than a night, it could do with maybe a set of drawers to store your clothes in. Absolutely nothing that would put us off staying again just a few small suggested tweaks. Location was perfect and would highly recommend for a city break.

Lovely apartment with comfy bed, decent kitchen and Netflix!

The easiness with which i found the keys and got into a nice clean place. It had everything one would need for even a long stay. The toiletries' were very nice and the shower was great after a long 6 hrs drive.

to be really franc, there is nothing that i did not like. If i say i did not like something i would be ungrateful and no sincere. one think maybe need changing is the mattress.

Very clean and tidy.
