Latitude Chinatown Central Apartment

Great flat, lots of space and central for the city . Ideal for shopping, easy walking distance to New Street station, lots of eateries in the Chinatown area. Wifi speed was good, loved having breakfast and coffee on the balcony Fine for self catering as small Tesco express on your doorstep as well as the lively Bullring market. Secure building. The owners were very helpful and charming - communication was excellent

Fully renovated beautiful stay would definitely stay there again

Perfect location, lovely furniture, futuristic (and new) bathroom and clean. Gerry was patient and easy to communicate with. It is literally close to everything from any direction: Bullring centre, New street, coach station, restaurant, gym, cinema…. All a breath away. Even though we had a little accident (wine spill on the bathroom floor rag), they were quite forgiving of our clumsiness. Definitely coming back here

Nothing to dislike, just a few observations. The window in the room was locked. Didn’t bother calling since it was a short stay. And maybe a few toiletries like toothpaste would help. But there was a Tesco right opposite to purchase that

The location, everything was clean and the lady was super nice

The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the sofa and the bed are a little old and it was a tiny bit uncomfortable. But nothing major, we would book again. As, in fairness there are very few places with perfect mattresses, they are always worn out and we are very picky.

Lovely apartment, great balcony everything was good and clean, host were great too, and having the option to check out at 12.30PM for a little extra was the icing on the cake. So thanks again for making our stay very enjoyable
