When you arrive you need to wait for other residents to leave to gain access to the building, had to stand waiting for a little while. Check out should be 11.

Great location and price, the apartment was spotless, modern and comfortable with most amenities just no hair dryer.

There needs to be a system of collecting the key to enter the building and not just waiting on somebody to enter or exit the building.

Very clean and good apartment

The apartment was lovely, well presented and spacious. The bathroom was beautiful, as was the kitchen. The balcony was a bonus. Communication and arrival was very good and convenient. Thelication was excellent for the O2 Academy and shopping. Thank you

The only downside which can't be helped on a Sat night in Dec with xmas coming up, was a bit of late night music from a venue around the corner, only because it echo around the centre courtyard Any other time I imagine it being quiet.

Scammed and fraud will take your deposit and not give it back for fake tan and makeup avoid avoid avoid just wants to take extra money off you,,,, do not book. !!!!!!

Compact little apartment with everything you need. Very clean. Close to lots of restaurants and short walk into the centre. Multi story car park directly across the road so no faffing around trying to find parking in city centre

Having to wait around for a random someone to let you in the building on arrival . The message from owner was to message them 20 mins before, we messaged to let them know when we would be arriving giving 30 minutes notice but unfortunately she said would take them 20 mins to get there and that we would only have to wait 1-5 mins for some going in/out of building to let us in. This resulted in us standing outside in the rain waiting for someone to enter the building - Given we are renting your apartment I think more thought needs to go into how people are going to access the building - someone really should meet you to let you in Being informed that there is £100 deposit 2 days before the stay - not a problem for us but if you were budgeting to suddenly find additional £100 wouldn't be great - this should be told up front
