Latitude Chinatown Central Apartment

The apartment is beautifully decorated and well looked after. The spec and little details around the place make all the difference. The balcony is an extra special touch on an already lovely apartment. My husband and myself decided to stay here for a night away, the instructions given by the host on how to enter the property and collect the keys were easy and clear. The apartment is right in the centre of Birmingham and is surrounded by lots of things to do. I would definitely recommend to others, infact I already have. Overall a very nice experience and we will absolutely stay again soon.

I didn’t really like the fact the owner scammed me for £100. I paid a DAMAGE deposit fee of £100 the day before arrival and after leaving on time, she had the cheek to bill me £100 because there was about 25 sequins out of a balloon that had popped. After telling her it was that she tried to say I had a party, all I did was put up a few decorations for my partner and our anniversary. Turns out ladies and gentlemen, this didn’t actually count as your anniversary in Elenas eyes, it’s actually a party according to her?? Very weird? Yes. A Scam? DEFINITELY. Quite confused to how 20 odd sequins from a balloon can amount to a £100 cleaning bill, could anyone get me a job in cleaning if this is correct because what a gold mine it must be. What’s that about £5 a sequin they’re really getting to the big rolls.

This is the second time I’ve booked this apartment for an event in Birmingham. The location is great. Really good value for money. Elena is very helpful & quick to respond to any questions. The apartment is clean & tidy & we loved staying there. Thanks for having us again.

Used soap bar in wet soap dish - these days with Covid etc this was a big no . Not enough towels , no cloth in kitchen . No dishwasher tabs , paper towels etc - overall quite frugal .

Beautiful apartment. Comfortable bed, fantastic shower. The location was perfect. I would stay again.

Hallway and lift on the way to the apartment were poorly maintained, but the apartment itself was lovely and immaculate.
