Latitude Chinatown Central Apartment

Good location, nice decor

Public access areas, lift, hall and walls dirty. Need to oil the doors in the flat as loud

It was a very nice apartment. I didn't have much problems checking in as the instructions were clear. Luckily for me, there was someone exiting as I came in so I was able to gain entry without waiting too long. My stay was exceptional. It is a one bedroom apartment with every facility you would need. Location is also superb as it is within Chinatown with a good selection of restaurants. A tesco Express store is also within 2 minutes of the apartment. Room was comfortable and the bathroom is exceptionally beautiful.

Nothing much to dislike, really. I think it'd be fair to give people a heads up about the deposit needed to be paid before checking in.

My recent stay at Latitude was absolutely brilliant, great location close to New Street station, Bullring and of course the Chinese Quarter. Elena was very friendly, great communication and very helpful, indeed she was the perfect host. The entire apartment was spotless clean, fresh, comfortable and the beautiful decor was very warming. It felt like home from home and the balcony perfect for a having coffee. The bed very comfortable, bed sheets and linen were all fresh and clean, I slept very well. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever visiting Birmingham. Many thanks Elena :)

Great location. Clean, tidy apartment, good shower, and cooking facilities. It's good to have the balcony area. Had everything you needed in the apartment and amenities on your doorstep. Host was very responsive.

Slight negative was gaining access when we arrived. Had it been bad weather, waiting for someone to enter the building so we could enter would have been really inconvenient.

Location is excellent

Excellent value for money. Great location. Would highly reccomend over using a hotel. Lovely to sit on the balcony in the early morning with a breeze going. Will for sure be coming again.

Home from home, relaxing and lovely upgraded bathroom, kitchen and large sized fridge so you can store and cook if you wish. Balcony to chill on and close to the bull ring, parking is great as multi story opposite, or on street parking… Tesco express across the street.
