Lovely location close to town but still peaceful and quiet. And the dogs were just lovely to around 😁

Such a lovely stay! Virginia and John's hospitality is next level. The cottage is very comfortable and has everything one can think of in it. The cozy fireplace was amazing in the cold. The animals around us gave a real farm feel which we also loved. We will definitely recommend this cottage and will be back. Thanks a million!

The location was an amazing. John & Virgina were amazing hosts and always checked in to see if we were okay and needed anything. They have 4 great doggies who were so good company.

Made us feel like home. Cottage was perfectly equipped and clean. They also supported with recommending Tours and things to do around. Absolutely a 10/10 stay, thanks a lot!

Stunning views from a cozy cottage with a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace (and opportunities for both indoor and outdoor braai!) and the best of it all: large folding glass doors that open up to a private garden that frequently enjoys visits from the hens, roosters and geese of the property, as well as the friendly rescue dogs. There’s so many hikes to choose from, and Underberg is a lovely place- but even if you stay in, you’ll have a wonderful time at Sunset View Cottage (which lives up to its name, by the way: picture attached!)
