Sunset Beach Walk 2BD+2BA+1PRK Yaletown

Great location on sunset beach and Granville Island. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Clean and updated unit. Great to have two full bathrooms. Quick response from host. Price was typical for the area. Kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for cooking.

Only one set of keys for the unit which is very inconvenient when you have a two bedroom unit. Also you have to go to a key cafe to pick up the key which is very inconvenient for dropping off and picking up. 18-20 min walk to locate it. Hot tub not in working order for several of our 8 days there. For some reason there’s lots of flies right at the entrance of the building daily. Recycling and garbage room conveniently located but often overflowing and smelly/sticky. Small unit. Could use more towels considering 2 bedrooms. Air conditioners were portable and connected in one bedroom and the living room. Although effective for those rooms, they were loud and set up with the windows partially opened with a fabric barrier around the windows which also made it noisy from the outside (Sirens, people yelling, cars screeching tires etc). Beds and bedding were okay.

Fantastic location so close to the beach and Stanley park/Granville Island/Downtown. Great space, clean, comfortable beds and powerful showers.

Can be noisy as downtown. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise. As to be expected in the middle of a busy city - didn’t affect our stay at all.

I wish the garbages were bigger in the kitchen and bathrooms but that's my only complaint!

Apartment is in a super central location but also quiet enough for kids. Facilities were fantastic, apartment has everything you need and we made use of the buildings swimming pool. Great location as a base for exploring Vancouver! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Thank you!

Excellent location. The apartment was fully stocked with everything from cleaning products to basic essentials in pantry. It was stocked with books and was bright and inviting. Bright and sunny and close to restaurants, groceries and water.

There was no central air conditioning. The family room and master had a/c but even with opening window and use of fans the second bedroom was hot and hard to cool down. We were there during a Vancouver heatwave with temps in the 80’s.

Location was an easy walk to Granville Aquabus and Fresh Street Market. Living arrangements inside were nicely decorated. Having a washer/dryer and AC during vacation is great. The owner responded to emails promptly.
