The location is convenient with many restaurants nearby. The heating in the room worked relatively well.

Late check-in after 6 pm requires an extra fee, which is very unreasonable. The entire apartment felt greasy and not properly cleaned, and there was a strong smell of smoke. The bathroom shower did not work properly and barely had any water. The hallway was also very dirty. The toiletries provided in the room were very cheap. In addition, the deposit charged for just one night was even higher than the room rate and it takes several days to be returned. The soundproofing is very poor — there is a bar nearby and loud screaming can be heard outside even late at night. Overall, the listed price is much higher than the actual quality of the property.

The apartment and staff were absolutely amazing. My grandad was in hospital so I had to collect the keys quickly and get directions. I was a mess but the staff calmed me down, directed me to the apartments. Came to meet me with the keys so I could go quickly. I even when I was lost I called them at 8pm and he stilled picked up to assist me. THANK YOU. The apartment surpassed my expectations. It was clean, tidy, warm, great location. Had private parting! Everything worked, kettle, showers, beds wonderful After a nightmare 2 days this rest was exactly what we needed in order to rest and refuel. I would definitely recommend you book here. You won't regret it.

- heater doesn't work - took advantage of young girls by holding our deposit - apartment smelt of smoke. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience. After our stay, the host refused to return our £250 deposit, claiming it was due to noise and neighbour complaints. We were a small group of young girls and were not having a party. We were not made aware of any issue during the stay or given the opportunity to address any concerns at the time. No evidence of damage, cleaning costs, or any actual financial loss was provided to justify keeping the deposit. It felt very unfair and unprofessional, and communication afterwards was disappointing. Guests should be aware of this and make sure they fully understand the deposit terms before booking, as our experience resulted in losing a significant amount of money without clear justification.

Within walking distance of the bullring

Mould on window and curtain in twin bedroom. Some of the decor was tired, tatty, damaged and needed updating , ie most of the furniture, kitchen units , bathroom walls and skirting boards , curtains. The communal hallway smelt unpleasant and the carpet was very dirty.
