The apartments were clean and spacious the location was good also

Unfortunately during our stay 2 of the lifts were out of order which made this less accessible as we were in the city centre there was a lot of outside noise

good location and easy to get to from my meeting in the centre of Birmingham. The bathrooms were clean.

someone had been smoking something very recently in the lounge and there was a very strong and overpowering smell. The corridors leading to the flat were extremely dirty, two of the three lifts were out of order. My colleagues bed was not clean so she slept on top of the bed rather than in it. My bedding was clean - although it was torn in a couple of places.

the location is good its convenient. staff are there when you need question answered.

1.it supposed to have two bathrooms and one is on suite bedroom with a bathroom next to it. then the other bathroom is in hallway. my partner went in for a shower in the on-suite bathroom. water was way too hot and we tried to figure how to turn the temp down. had to text the person in charge and he sent his staff up within 5mins and then got told its broke,due to shower dial can only turn half way.so we couldn't use that bathroom facility. 4 people ended up share a bathroom for 3days. 2. no radiator in the two single bed room,its freezing at night. Radiator in living room doesnt work. 3. wobble living room table looks like it was designed to break. 4.lift was out of use but no one has put a notice stated that the lift is broken. my parents are elderly and although its two flights of stairs. not ideal at all. 5.the pictures shown it was a lovely property but decoration needs updated.

The location was convenient for the purpose of the trip..BUT!!

First thing first, the address they provided for the meeting point was coming up with error, i used the one that was provided on the site took me to another area, I had to call for a proper address I was literally going in circles... that address needs to be updated... Secondly the charging of £30 for n early check-in and £30 for a late check-out was ridiculous. Like how!!!! Need to do better. Thirdly the heating was only working in 1 of the rooms we was actually freezing all what we try to do to get the heating working only 1 that was okay. Had to wear my jacket at some point in time. This need to be rectified!!!! Also the WiFi was veryy poor, trying to connect and it was working. Finally the checking out was a bit silly, why would we have to leave the apartment go all the way downstairs and come back to the apartment again to drop the keys???? Why not have a safe box and make life easy??? Yall can do better!!!! Especially with the ridiculous prices yall are charging. If i would stay again??? Maybeeee just MAYBEEEE.
