Facilities — Many things broken ( shower head, sofa bed, window, furniture falling apart, heaters, light bulbs, shower screens, cupboard door…) Cleanness — Dirty in general; smelly fridge; just 2 towels & 1 toilet roll for 6 of us Deposit — Never had to pay so much deposit for a flat that so many things were broken Staff — Not so helpful (We were told by the night staff that they would not attend to any more issues at our flat as they had to come out too many times… It took us almost an hour trying to unfold the broken sofa bed that night, and two of us had to sleep in the very cold living room while it was rainy outside as the big window there was not closing!)

I was very disappointed with this apartment as it did not match the description at all. On arrival, the property felt dirty and poorly maintained. There was noticeable dust throughout, and the overall atmosphere felt grubby rather than clean or welcoming. Several basic issues stood out: there were three clocks in the apartment and none of them worked due to dead batteries, which gave the impression of neglect. The flooring was uneven and loose in places, which felt unsafe. The kitchen utensils were in poor condition and not properly cleaned, and the fridge had an unpleasant smell. The corridor leading to the apartment felt quite creepy and had an odd odour, which made the experience uncomfortable from the start. Inside, the bedding had visible marks and stains and also carried a strange smell. One of the bathrooms was particularly disappointing in terms of cleanliness and freshness. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations. I would not recommend it unless significant improvements are made.
