"A very comfortable and fairly priced property."

The Penthouse is excellently located and all major attractions only a short walk. The property was spotless on arrival with a comfortable sofa and bed. The owner was very helpful in answering any queries. We would certainly stay there if ever we visit Birmingham for a break again.

Lovely place to stay. Was a bit nervous initially due to other reviews but it was nothing like what everybody had said. The place is lovely, in a great location, and definitely worth the money. Its walking distance from the center for anyone that wishes to go out for food or drinks. The owner was receptive and responded to messages quickly and would definitely stay here again.

Nothing, all positive.

The size of the rooms.

There could have been a shower curtain for the main bathroom.

"Had a relaxing break"

Location, Views and Access The directions were clear and it was easy for us to go collect the keys. Access to parking was a big plus and getting in and out was very easy. We did not realise how close we were to the bull ring and to Brindley place.. Overall the apartment ticked a lot of boxes.

Whilst our experience was really positive, I am giving this feedback as I believe that the owner has a significant opportunity to tap into the true potential of the property. It is not a criticism. Please take this as a genuine feedback. 1. The check in time was offputting . We only managed to get our Keys close to 4pm so technically we crashed there for the night whereas in any hotel, we could have checked in by 12.00 or 2.00 latest. I am saying this because the property is competing against the hotels in or near the location. 2. We could not find any soap or shampoo which we thought should have been provided. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and we noticed that there were drip soap scum in the shower area. We found coffee which was old and tasted horrible.. Thankfully Tesco express was there to save the day. 3. One key thing that I found a bit odd was that there were towels left to dry in the cupboard with the heater on full blast. It was also creating a musty smell. When I set out to explore it , noticed the towels. I couldn't locate the switch to turn off the heater which was not an ideal situation (especially when the temperature was hovering near the 40 Degrees C). It would have helped if there was another fan in the living room as it would have made things a lot more comfortable. I understand that this was an unexpected heat wave but it is something that the owner needs to think about as the summers are getting warmer. A cooler which costs £150 in the main bedroom would help. I know that I am being picky, as I felt that there is a lot of untapped potential and the owner can exploit them to their advantage. Another small detail.. the dispensers ( aroma ones in the bathroom) are empty. Replace it or remove it.
