Property Notes

An additional charge of 50% of the previous night price will be applied if the check-out is in delay of 60 minutes or more. If the parking permit is not returned on the day of check-out, GBP 50 will be deducted from the deposit. Parties, smoking and loud music will result in the total loss of the damage deposit. There is a CCTV camera in the lobby to check how many people enter the flat. Please do not disconnect the camera at any time during your stay, if you do, you will have to vacate the property. Any and all deposit deductions will incur a £50 administrative fee, on top of the cost to replace like-for-like any missing or damaged items, plus 3.9% payment processor fee.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"City Centre Penthouse Birmingham"

Great location, about 10 minutes walk from New Street Station Close to Mailbox, Brindley Place & Birmingham Arena Key collection from a garage which was about 5 minutes away from apartment. Tesco store underneath very convenient sold a wide range of products including fresh bakery and Costa coffee machine. Would stay again.

Would have been useful to have instructions for TV.

Great location and good space in the apartment

On a busy road with lots of City noise - don't expect quiet and peaceful Parking wasn't available, which was not fault of owner - but feel a check should have been made beforehand
