Property Notes

An additional charge of 50% of the previous night price will be applied if the check-out is in delay of 60 minutes or more. If the parking permit is not returned on the day of check-out, GBP 50 will be deducted from the deposit. Parties, smoking and loud music will result in the total loss of the damage deposit. There is a CCTV camera in the lobby to check how many people enter the flat. Please do not disconnect the camera at any time during your stay, if you do, you will have to vacate the property. Any and all deposit deductions will incur a £50 administrative fee, on top of the cost to replace like-for-like any missing or damaged items, plus 3.9% payment processor fee.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Great apartment, location and owner"

Located close to the station and Bullring so was ideal for shopping. Loved the balcony. Apartment was nice and clean with everything you need. Manuel kept in touch and couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay enjoyable.

The oven was dirty so we wouldn’t use it. The sofa was tatty but comfortable.

"Spacious apartment in a good location for the ICC."

Loved having a balcony. Good to be able to open the doors and let lots of fresh air in.

The keys were held at a different location; picking them up and dropping them back was a bit of a pain.

"Great stay but customer service could be better"

Clean, Great location and beautiful city night view from the balcony.

Customer service could be better. Staff acted unwelcoming and unprofessionally on the phone because I called twice to get clarity and advise on parking locations. Whilst the property description may be detailed but staff should consider there are people that may be dyslexic and may require help understanding your property description. Apart from that every went well.
