Property Notes

An additional charge of 50% of the previous night price will be applied if the check-out is in delay of 60 minutes or more. If the parking permit is not returned on the day of check-out, GBP 50 will be deducted from the deposit. Parties, smoking and loud music will result in the total loss of the damage deposit. There is a CCTV camera in the lobby to check how many people enter the flat. Please do not disconnect the camera at any time during your stay, if you do, you will have to vacate the property. Any and all deposit deductions will incur a £50 administrative fee, on top of the cost to replace like-for-like any missing or damaged items, plus 3.9% payment processor fee.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

The apartment was every clean and tidy and gr at for what we needed.

Issue with access and only one key for two people. Other than that it was great.

Was very easy to the collect the keys. The host also gave detail description of how to access the property and for parking, location was just perfect and collecting keys and dropping off was also very easy. Host was very prompt with response messages.

Nice apartment in a good location with free parking space. We would stay there again but some improvements need to be made.

No water glasses, only wine glasses and mugs. No oven dishes, trays. No oven gloves. The oven was really dirty, oven tray left with fat inside from previous occupier. No tea towels (difficult when there isn't a dishwasher). No big bowls, only cereal bowls. Light bulbs missing in the kitchen.

"The worst experience I have had"

The host was rude and charged us 400 pounds deposit for unclean pot and surface. After a week he claimed the dirty stain was a burn mark which is not true and refused to provide evidence of the 400 pounds covering the damage. Also the photo cover is not actually the property so check the address. And the property itself is much smaller than the pictures. I had to claim the chargeback with Amex for the cost but clearly this host regularly scams people out of the deposit for even the most minor excuse. To make it worse when we were checking in with a baby, the host refused to answer the phone even though the entry code provided was incorrect and it had been heavily raining and we were wet with a crying baby. I wish I could avoid you all the bad experience of staying here and dealing with these people.
