ใจกลางนิมมาน เดินเที่ยวได้สบายๆ เงียบไม่ค่อยมีเสียงจากภายนอก ไว้นอนจริงๆ

อุปกรณ์ในห้องน้ำชำรุดใช้งานไม่สะดวก โดยเฉพาะชักโครก เล็กไป น้ำบางช่วงไหลไม่แรง แสงในห้องสลัวไปหน่อย
