Not much, to be honest. There was mould in the corridors and a strong smell of weed

The smell, mainly, and the cooking pots were horrible.

It was spacious, clean and modern. We had a great stay and wanted to extend but it was fully booked! The pool is a great touch. The beds were comfortable, so nice to have a living room and a kitchen. Perfect for friends as two bathrooms and two private bedrooms. Would come back any time I loved it. Host very good at replying and gave recommendations too. 7-11 around the corner.

The TV only has Thai channels and the kettle didn’t work. Also can’t smoke on the property (although not sure if anyone would actually stop you). It’s a little far out of the city but 25 min walk and 5 min grab so not bad.

The location is beautiful aswell as layout

I tried applying for visa extension and almost got declined because they were telling me to use a different hotel name and address even I had booked this , also didn’t inform about 1500 baht deposit and in the end took my deposit for overusing electricity and water when I wasn’t home 3/4 days out of 10 days as I was in pai , when I confronted them about it they couldn’t provide the meter from the start of my stay till the end , something fishy going on with it , tried making me say I was staying in kampaengngam hotel with a different address and almost got declined at immigration , was also supposed to come and “check the meter” and he sent an employee to connect to WiFi and not even show the meter and say sorry my boss said multiple times so you can just walk away and I also almost missed my flight he was supposed to come at 9 to give the deposit and I didn’t leave till 9:35 as he was causing issues saying I overused without proof of the meter even I told him my flight was at 10 boarding

The communication with owner, any questions or help was always very quick. Size of the rooms and storage was really good. Have stayed in some newer, more expensive but much smaller places. Location was very central but also in a quiet area so not noisy. Condo facilities had everything you need to stay here long or short holiday. The washing machine was a very nice bonus too.

Large, spacious 2 bed apartment.

Photos do not match how the building looks from the outside. Very difficult to find. Located too far from town. Had to get a grab any time wanted to leave or return to the apartment. No where to leave luggage after check out.
