Tree Boutique Residence - Quiet Oasis - Stunning View, Pool & Gym

The property Is on a quiet street and walkable distance from the night market too (20 minute walk). It’s within striking distance of a 7-11 and such. The unit is well set up and furnished. We felt at home. The owner/manager of the place was very helpful. Long story, but we locked ourselves out of the house. Upon informing the owner/manager, within ten minutes the problem was solved as she herself came down with the spare key. A very nice person, she was patient and understanding of our predicament. The location is close to the airport and several other key visitor attractions. We recommend)

Unfortunately, our stay at the Tree Boutique Resort was not great. The communication with the host was poor, and at each stage we had to involve Booking.com in order to get a response. Upon booking, the host asked us to send over 1500 baht for the electricity and water. We called Booking.com, who informed us that this is against their policy, and to not pay this sum. They informed the property that this is against their rules. One week later, we received another request for this payment. We didn't pay. When we arrived, we were surprised at the state of the apartment. Everywhere was dusty, dirty, and the furniture was aged and damaged. The towels and sheets had holes in them. The sofa was scratched. The fridge was moldy, as did the walls next to the windows. The pool area was missing floor boards, making it unsafe. We informed the host, requesting a cleaning service. The host arranged a cleaner to visit two days later. This solved some of the issues, but the place still required a deep clean. When we left, I forgot an item of clothing in the apartment. I requested to pick this up, and again it took days for the host the respond. The building is in a nice location near the river with shops nearby. The images are extremely misleading and do not reflect the condition of the apartment.
