WiFi cannot capture only after getting angry only they come to fixed it but already checking out night only can use for late evening before checking out after 2 days

The property had everything we wanted especially a washing machine.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

very comfortable beds, with one that was a king. Good bathrooms. The ceiling fans were great- rarely see them anymore which is a shame, everyone uses air con, and contributes to global warming - but no one thinks about that when it's not in their interest! There is air con in each room as well. Pool was nice to wallow in. You will need your own transport for this accommodation, but driving around Chang Mai is very easy (with SatNav), and it's a 5-10 min drive to reach the old town. This is an independent type property for travellers looking for self catering accommodation. Don't expect anyone there to smile and greet you - if you're looking for that, this isn't the place. Washing machine was good as was the fridge/freezer.

The sofa bed wasn't particularly useable as a bed. Didn't matter as I shared the king size with my son and it was large enough that we didn't bump into each other. There were pot and pans but fortunately we didn't need to use them - there are so many great place to eat in Chiang Mai.

The location and value for money.

The WiFi connectivity could be better. Furthermore, it wasn’t the best feeling knowing that the accommodation does not have dedicated staff. Upon arrival, the apartment was too hot, and it took a while to cool with the A/C. A/C in one of the rooms gives out a loud noise when on. We had to put off and use the ceiling fan.

Value for money and suitable for children and family.

The black box which room key inside was quite hard to open it.

Spacious condo in easy reach of the old city and markets by bike or 60 baht taxi journey 2 bedrooms, 2 showers 1 bathtub and a living room with kitchen for half the price of a typical hotel room. Pool and small but functional fitness room with ac.
