One Bedroom Flat Town Centre Colchester

Very nice flat will definitely be booking again

Wi fi, and mattress.

Toilet not cleaned. Actual toilet not secured on bathroom floor. No washing machine tablets - not even one. The location is right on a very busy road night and day. Traffic noises all the time and ppl talking as they walked passed and more.

Everything was great the bedroom especially was lovely

Uncomfortable sofa and a little worn Poorly equipped kitchen Markings on oven knows missing Half a mile from the town centre Defensive reaction by host to issues raised.

Great location. Good size and easy parking

TV was hard to operate, gave up lol

Le manque de rangement en dehors de la cuisine (grand placard mais peu pratique dans la chambre), les casseroles très abîmées et peu adaptées (grandes) au nombre de convives possible, le manque de repères et explications pou le four…

The flat was clean and comfortable and the host communicated well and was helpful. The flat is near the centre of town but the living room and bedroom are next to a busy road and traffic lights so they can be quite noisy. I think in view of this location feature the price was a little too high. Or some double glazing or noise reduction should be installed.

Clean, time and private.

was pretty close to the high street so opportunity for food and shopping

Wasn’t overly clean, not many kitchen utensils, no sharp knives or scissors so quite difficult to do any good cooking. The oven had no temperatures on them so had to guess what temp you was putting it on, sofa had rips in, cooker hood was dusty as were the blinds and skirting boards and fan. Mattress was stained, utensils that were there were dirty, neighbours above were very loud, stamping about and music playing, blinds were broken in places too. Slashes in what looked like a storage cupboard, had some quite dodgy neighbours too who saw us walking out and stopped in their car with music blaring, shouting at us.
