The apartment was clean comfortable and in a great location for our stay in Colchester

Only minor whinge was the noise generated by the neighbours but that is out of the rental control.

Great location. Easy accessibility to the centre.

Noisy, close to the road so you can not fall asleep easily. Probably an AC or some cooling unit can help as one is not able to open the windows fully due to restrictors. .

Short walk up the hill to town. Courtyard parking space outside the door. Good-sized bedroom with an extra large bed. Comfy living area with small dining table. Clean and modern. Great little ground floor apartment. Landlord was efficient with communications and the keysafe system made arriving and leaving very easy.

Nothing to dislike really, though overall it seemed abit dark and lacking in atmosphere and a couple of lights didn't work in the kitchen but that was all, so very minor. Being next door to a pub might not be ideal for some people but it didn't bother us. Looked quite nice but didn't get chance to try it out. Was only abit noisy one night of our 3 night stay.
