Excellent location, perfect for the town and castle sights.

All good, parking fine for a small car

Morden clean and tidy flat,located close to the town centre

It is on a main rd so can be noisy at night,the courtyard/parking area could do with a tidy up.

The apartment was spacious, clean and with a fully equipped kitchen and a parking space. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable and the sofa bed in the living room was quite comfortable too - Communication with the host was also very clear, and he answered questions quite fast too. The location is great as you are walking distance to the centre and the castle. Also, it is on a busy road but the noise wasn't bad at all for us and you can barely hear any cars/street noise at night time. We only stayed for one night but we had everything we needed (and more) for 4 people - If we visit Colchester in the future, we will definitely chose to stay here again.

Everything was great and can't think of anything we didn't like, maybe just a suggestion to put a curtain in the kitchen door small window, as those sleeping in the living room get the early hour lights in their face ;)

We met the owner on arrival and was made to feel welcome and comfortable. The flat is perfect just what we needed . Clean and tidy and comfortable. The bed is huge and comfy .We will not hesitate to come here again . Tea coffee and sugar all provided aswell as toiletries in the bathroom . Shop just across the road and a nice park nearby less than 100 yards away to take our dog 🐕. Would definitely recommend staying here just not when we want to . Thanks Tony . Ross , Eve and Bella

Nothing we loved it . Everything we wanted and needed

Location is fantastic for the centre and travelling to family near by. Bed is large and comfortable. Tea and coffee supplied. Parking right by the door for ease of packing and unpacking. Convenience shop very close by for essentials.

Floors were dusty, socks were covered. Bedside lamps not dusted and had to clean some of the cups, glasses and plates before use. No tin opener. Mop and mop bucket left in the bathroom. No toilet roll, luckily I brought some just in case. Stained sofa. Needs some new pillows.
