One Bedroom Flat Town Centre Colchester

It was a nice size flat. Ground floor.

I hated this flat due to it being very noisy. On a main junction, 4 foot from window with foot path right outside windows, windows should of been triple glazed. The neighbour (acted like the owner or the rental) was very rude to us, about parking and the key code box. On entering the flat the smell of bleach hurt my eyes and made me cough for the whole of my stay. I tried to rinse areas down, and when I wiped the hard floors over, they were very dirty. Crisp on the sofa and floor when I arrived. Crockery dirty. 15/20 minutes walk up hill to main shops

Quite a noisy road

On pics the room look lovely the bed was very comfy and the lay out was good

The TV we could not get channels ie BBC 1,2,3 ,,while in bed I dropped some thing on the floor and when I picked it up noticed someone's boxer shorts under the bed and a lot of dust like it had been cleaned, and the bathroom floor looked like it had not been cleaned .

The flat itself was beautiful. Decorated lovely, very homely. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was really useful to have the kitchen to be able to use. The TV had some great options, and the location was only a short walk from the town center.

The only negative we could find is that there was no conditioner or body wash in the bathroom, even though it had the holders in there. So they just needed refilling.

Beautiful property , very clean , modern and comfortable. Couldn’t fault the place , we had planned to go out for the evening however we were so chilled we spent a lovely chilled night in.

Sadly the volume from the pub next door was next level and went on until around 1am, this isn’t a reflection of the property but more so it’s location.
