All the guests are Afrikaans, none of the staff attempt to speak Afrikaans. Please align with your guests and employ local people that respect the customers.

The staff were the only thing i liked

I went with a group, everyone was charged R600 a room. They charged me R1300 for a worse room. The place smells and needs a proper clean and make over.

The whole atmosphere of the Inn. The breakfast was njammies.

All was great.

Beds are great and staff are friendly. Old school but good for the price. Nice for a short stay or over night.

Lack of a shower and exceptionally slow service at the restaurant. Kitchen says it closes at 8 but that when they stop cooking so get orders in early to avoid disappointment.

Maybe put effort to clean the rooms properly, the carpets are beyond filthy, the only plug in the room is not working, the pillows are dirty. Honostly housekeeping is out of care

Still the best pub 'n grub in Dullstroom. Stays open later than the main toursits venues that all close down at 5pm. Food is great and good value for money.

Rooms need serious updating.
