The property has a rich history, it’s cosy and located in walking distance of everything. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The manager very accommodating and friendly as well. We had an amazing weekend at the Inn.

We had a lovely stay and my complaints are really just for reconstructive purposes. The Inn is under new management and renovating construction on the property is in progress. I am sure they are aware of these issues and will be dealing with it. A few toilets were blocked (which they fixed whilst we were there). We had only luke warm water and only used the hot water tap to run our bathwater. Would prefer warmer water especially on cold days. Only one side of the electric blanket in room no 5 was working. Although breakfast and lunch services were friendly it was very slow.

It was clean and comfortable and the food in the pub was outstanding.

A shower in the bathroom and softer pillows.
