We loved every bit of our stay, 1st time in isle of weight..lovely location close to ferry,. 30 second drive. Would definitely come again.. Jean was so good at replying to my messages x thankyou Vowea from.the house are amazing , so relaxing and you get free parking . Amazinggg

Maybe an upgraded bathroom to match the house a bit, even though it was lovely and clean. Would prefer a walk-in shower. But overall amazing would come again.

We had a lovely stay here for our first time on the island. The property had a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. These were a god send with 2 boys at the beach most days and many clothes changes. A few of the utensils in the kitchen needed a freshen up , from previous guests putting them away, however after 1quick cycle in the provided dishwasher they were sparkly clean .. The four of us had plenty of room for our stay and the boys switched between the bunk beds downstairs and the large sofa bed upstairs. They were thrilled with the options 🤣 Previous reviews mention the noise from the harbour and the floating bridge. We didn't find any issue with this and slept well. 🤷‍♀️ The harbour was busy but we found this to be very relaxing watching the boats go past from the balcony. The views were beautiful 😍 The bathroom as mentioned previously is a little dated. This didn't affect the use of the bathroom facilities and we found there was always hot water and a good powerful shower.... Towels are provided and as mentioned earlier there is a washing machine for longer stays! The location was very good .We explored a lot of the island by car and no trip was more than 45 mins long. The waitrose is literally on the doorstep for essentials and was a decent size to get anything you need . All in all we were happy and would recommend booking ..

The car park entry is a tight turn and we would have struggled if we had taken my husband's car. This isn't anything the owner of the property can fix. It's just a little tip if you do consider booking 😉

De host hebben we niet ontmoet, maar per app was ze heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Leuk huisje op keileuke plek. Uitzicht heel knus. Prima.. Goed ingericht, compleet, leuke indeling. Echt heel leuk.

The location is brilliant for access to East and West Cowes and (with a vehicle) to other parts of the IoW. It is a small but well designed property. It is nice to have immediate access to the chain ferry although it is rather noisy and obviously disturbs early in the morning and late at night.

The general facilities are adequate although there were a few issues with the cleanliness (particularly in the kitchen which was superficially clean but some utensils and surfaces could have been better). We felt that the professional (we assume) cleaners were only doing the minimum. The linen was reasonable but the towels in particular only just adequate. Much of the storage space (eg wardrobe) was full of domestic machinery.

The view is amazing always something going on.

Beautifully presented property with everything that you need (and more!) that you need for a stay!!

Fantastic location, loved watching the boats coming and going. Handy for the Ferry and the floating bridge. Kitchen/loving area was lovely and light and airy.

Bathroom was clean, however could do with updating to match the rest of the property and the shower was not very powerful.

The property was very clean, well eqipped and had been freshly decorated. The upside down design meant we could enjoy the bright, sunny living area and we loved the balconies. It was well located in terms of proximity to the ferry from Southampton, access to public transport, supermarkets and restaurants. The owners were very responsive to our questions.

As an adult occupier of the smaller bedroom (with bunk beds) it would have been even better if there had been a mirror and better clothes storage.
