Nice location with lovely views. Easy access from Portsmouth ferry. Very quiet.

Superb location for the ferry (to Southampton) and the chain ferry to Cowes. It's great value for money, has excellent private parking and is clean and tidy with good kitchen facilities. Excellent host and really easy to sort arrival and keys. Waitrose just round the corner as well!

The main bedroom has a slightly odd smell that could easily be sorted with an air freshener. There is no freezer - although the bottom drawer if the fridge does keep ice for a day or so. And they could do with a couple of pint glasses for the bedtime water drinks. The wine glasses and others are a little on the small side.

The position and view.

Nothing we didn't like, just a few constructive criticisms of which we left on the feedback form.

We liked its setting. Being next to water was interesting. Everything we needed was provided for within the property and well maintained.

Bathroom would benefit from a little tlc.
