"Perfect place to stay for the Wigtown Book Festival! Would recommend."

The property was in great condition and had everything we needed. Wonderful location.

Everything worked well. The only point to note was the WiFi password in the guest book was incorrect but was advised of the correct format by a staff member, but wanted to suggest it be amended.

"With a little bit of attention the Apartment could have been much more enjoyable."

It was close to the Beach and the Harbour Inn.

Because we have a dog we expected the Apartment to be ground floor so that we would have an area that we could let him out too when we were in. Going upstairs was not good for us. There was a lot of noise from the apartment opposite banging doors and shouting. The carpet and the Sofa and Chair in the living room needed cleaning, and the TV had been damaged and was stuck up with tape.

A great location. We used it as a base to explore the area. For that it suited our purposes very well. Particular highlights were Portpatrick, Kirkcudbright and the Mull of Galloway. The apartment is very comfortable with every need catered for. All bedding, towels and apartment etc were very clean. The restaurant/pub is very good serving great food. Everyone was very kind and friendly. What a wonderful time we had. A great break for us and our two elderly Border Terriers. We made some very happy memories. Many thanks Harbour Inn and the people and landscape of D&G.

There is nothing to grumble about.
