- Central location close to the shopping center - Air con, fridge, TV, kitchen was stocked with plates and cutlery and cooking utensils - It was nice to come back to the apartment after doing full day of activities

The truste of the owner was very accomodating, esp my last minute request, easy to reach Thank you very much Christine. We had a superb time, didnt have the chance to dip in the pool , will book with you again in the future visits. So handy the location, just 5 mins to SM, which my kids are loving it.

Maybe just add in toiletries next time =)

The bords sweet home in ecolan city little bit far from davao downtown & Airport & the place so clean totally quiet & fully safe by security guards so near to sm mall with only view steps 🚶‍♀️ & I huge thanks full to Christine for her lovely hosting to us & for sore it's apartment, not condo

The swimming pool closed so early at 9 clocks I hope they can extend at least until 10 clocks & there's no par or coffee outside

Everything, room and the place. And accommodating staff, she's approachable whenever you need anything.

Minor comment, some drawers were not functioning well or the sliding was not aligned. But as a whole it's still ok.

The location is a walking distance to the SM mall. Security Guards are well trained. Davao City is a beautiful and very clean place to visit.

Let's starts with the kitchen: Electric stove is not working properly. It takes me over an hour to cook our dinner. Cabinet drawer: when I pull it out, it falls off track. Bath towels: We have to used the same towel for 3 days. To exchange it, each towel will cost us 350 Philippine Peso.
