"Misrepresentation of facilities should be a crime if it is not already so."

The size of the property was misrepresented. It was advertised as 38 sq m but was much smaller, maybe 23 sq m. It was so over furnished that there was no room to move and I kept knocking my shins and tripping over and getting bruises.

Host is very nice and accommodating. Location is very good, right behind SM Ecoland

Condos in the Philippines are very small. Aircon setting is difficult to get it right.
