It’s near Sm ecoland and convenient for family. They have Swimming pool and playground for kids.

the exhaust fan is not working . lavatory sink is clogged

The pool lady guard was way too arrogant, you cannot embarass a guest by calling them through your whistle. As of this writing, we are being checked in at Avida tower and to compare, the guards here are way polite and respectful.
