Great location, great clean modern unit and lovely comfortable bed, and great for bus {stop opposite), hosts are beautiful, great garden and views plus hosts left information regarding visiting sites/coast and how to get there... so a wonderful experience.

Happy with all regarding unit ... buses maybe could extend their late afternoon hours a bit

Everything!.Lincoln & Griet were exceptional hosts. It was a pleasure to meet them both! What wonderful people!!! Thank you so much for having us. Lincoln wven helped.me with my hire car when I couldn't get it to lock.

"Cosy and convenient."

The location for us was excellent. The bus stops in the street to take you to Broadbeach. We didn't need a car for our stay. The property was clean and comfortable and had everything for our needs.

There was nothing I didn't like. Perhaps an improvement would be to put in overhead fans instead of the portable ones. They were very noisy.
