Good location. Walkable to the centre of Interlaken.

The place feels a little run down and in need of a touch of paint and repairs. The photos make it look new but looks worn. The shutters on the window are broken and won’t stay in place. On the last night when wind picked up, they kept slamming and impossible to lock and get a good nights sleep. The property was very warm, only a fan to keep cool, no air con. the towels provided were shabby and didn’t look fit for use. It is basically like a hostel. Interlaken is expensive, this was a lot cheaper than the other hotels. You get what you pay for. Wish there were more recent photos of the property to have judged when booking.

The location, is quite clean too..

The first night i didn't sleep well because it was too hot and the electric fan in the room wasn't working and then i heard a foot walking and running from the second floor until midnight and sometimes theres a person going to the kitchen too..The second night it became worse because the people on the 2nd floor were doing things like vacuuming or hair drying and at 4:20 a.m they came to the kitchen noisy, doing things loudly.. I hope the caretaker or the owner will impose strict rules about problems like these..

Nothing, absolute disgrace, should be closed , unhealthy.

This place is dirty, damp, lighting doesn't work, bedding is not clean. 10 minutes here was way to long. Seedy sex pictures on wall. Dark,window fittings broken. Usb socket was a rectangular hole with no fitting. Private bathroom was a separate building with a very damp mottled ceiling.,rotten wood at the base. Old worn furniture in yard which looked like it should be in a skip. No TV of course. Definitely not as advertised. Absolutely no effort made. Unhealthy, please don't stay here. Owner does not care he has just made £250 for nothing. No transport cards offered. I expect booking.com to do something otherwise I can't trust them as an agent anymore. Looks like I am one of many victims. I will chase this up with Interlaken council about this place.

Spacious room and great location

Bathroom too small, not attached to the room and had to use keys every time

Bathroom had a funky smell (likely due to mold) and was small.
